Our Story

Built by Engineers
Who Have Been
in Your Plant

VibraVizja® was not built in a laboratory. It was developed by people who had spent decades on industrial plant floors, dealing with real failures, working under real production pressure, and trying to explain vibration analysis to people who had never looked at a spectrum in their lives.

Heritage

Five Decades Before VibraVizja®

1972

ASE-SEREM is founded

ASE-SEREM is founded as a specialist in high-precision industrial balancing and mechanical diagnostics. Over the following decades it builds a reputation as a trusted partner for some of Europe's most demanding industrial operators, working on machines that are not permitted to fail.

50 yrs

Half a century of field expertise

Five decades of rotating machinery diagnostics, structural vibration analysis, operational deflection shape studies and condition-based maintenance programmes across hundreds of industrial facilities. The knowledge accumulated over that period becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

2021

jll.spear Group is founded

An independent industrial group is created with a straightforward ambition: bring rigorous digital innovation to industrial maintenance without sacrificing the field instinct that makes such innovation useful. ASE-SEREM's fifty years of mechanical intuition now works alongside a new generation of physicists, data scientists and software engineers. The group remains deliberately independent, free to build tools that serve the people on the plant floor.

2023

VibraVizja® is born

The combination of ASE-SEREM's field heritage with jll.spear's capabilities in data science and digital innovation produces VibraVizja®, a patent-pending vibration amplification technology that makes machine vibrations visible on-site, in seconds, without stopping production.

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

The Communication Gap That Costs Millions

Throughout fifty years of industrial maintenance, one difficulty recurred consistently: not a mechanical problem but a human one. The vibration analysts could diagnose a developing bearing fault from a spectrum. Explaining that diagnosis to a maintenance manager, a plant director, or a production team was another matter.

Traditional condition monitoring is a specialised language. FFT spectra, time waveforms, phase relationships, polar plots: these are powerful diagnostic instruments, but they are opaque to anyone who has not spent years learning to read them. When a fault cannot be clearly communicated to the people who control maintenance budgets and production schedules, the work gets deferred. We had seen this sequence too many times.

'To protect our clients, we needed to do more than analyse the data. We had to make the problem visible.'

What Changed in 2023

An Internal Tool That Changed Everything

VibraVizja® did not start as a product. It began as a practical question: what if we could show a client what our sensors were feeling? Using patent-pending algorithms applied to standard high-definition video, we found we could amplify micro-movements (displacements invisible to the naked eye) and render them as a clear, unambiguous video of how a machine actually vibrates under load. The process took seconds. No sensors, no production stop, no post-processing.

When we first used it in the field, the effect was immediate. A group of engineers and plant managers who had been debating the implications of a spectrum for several weeks agreed on a corrective action within minutes, because they could all see what was happening. We quickly realised that what had become indispensable for our own service teams was something that maintenance and reliability professionals elsewhere needed.

Our Philosophy

VibraVizja® Completes Vibration Analysis. It Does Not Replace It.

VibraVizja® is not a replacement for traditional vibration analysis. Our team has spent fifty years working with accelerometer-based measurements, FFT diagnostics and condition-based maintenance programmes. We know exactly what those tools can do, and we are not suggesting anyone abandon them.

What VibraVizja® provides is the spatial, visual layer that conventional vibration analysis has always lacked in the field: a way of translating abstract physics into a video of what is actually happening. Traditional analysis tells you at which frequency a fault manifests. VibraVizja® shows you where on the structure that energy lives.

  • 🎯
Field-first, always Every feature of VibraVizja® was shaped by real measurement challenges on real plant floors, not by theoretical use cases designed in an office.
  • 🤝
Complementary by design VibraVizja® was built by vibration analysts who respect traditional condition monitoring. It enhances your existing CBM programme rather than replacing it.
  • 🌍
European sovereignty Research, development, data science and support are entirely within Europe, ensuring the highest standards of data security and technical independence.
  • From expert to everyone The goal has always been the same: put the insight of a senior vibration analyst into a format that a plant director, a maintenance technician and a production manager can all act on immediately.
Vision

A Future Where No Industrial Fault Goes Unseen

Every fault in an industrial plant ought to be visible, not only to the specialist who can read a spectrum, but to every person whose decisions determine whether that fault is addressed before it becomes a failure. That is not a utopian ambition; it is a practical one, and VibraVizja® is how we pursue it.

Our aim is an industrial environment in which physics experts, data scientists and field maintenance teams work from the same evidence, where fifty years of hands-on field instinct meets the analytical power of modern signal processing.

"No fault should go unseen. No maintenance decision should be made blind. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, because our clients' machines, and the people who depend on them, deserve nothing less."

VibraVizja® is available in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe. Our team can come to your facility, run a live measurement on one of your assets under full operating load and show you directly what the machine is doing. No presentation, no slides: just the amplified video, on your equipment, the same day.

See It on Your Own Machine

We travel anywhere in Poland and run a live measurement while your machine is at full load. No sensors, no production stop, no commitment. You leave with the amplified video.
